Hi there readers! My name is Jen and I am filling in at present as a guest blogger for my good friend Alastair! His 80s blog has actually got the recollections going about how I lived through the 80s and lived to tell about it!
Ha ha, I’d sit right there with ya! Why is it that once we flip by way of picture albums and have all of those wonderful recollections, now we have some form of a tragic feeling? I feel the same method after I look again on the eighty’s, the silly toys and the goofy cartoons… nothing can contact that. Feels like 100 years ago and yesterday all at the identical time.
I loved your footage. Frankly, I have all the time been turned off by the Twiggy (circa Sixties) typed and have always most well-liked the curvey varieties. I all the time found those sorts to be extra attention-grabbing to be with and now I know this was not simply coincidence. Thanks to your Hub I now know that brains and curves go together. Thanks for the great hub.
And get this… there are 26 colors to select from: brown, bubble gum pink, charcoal, chocolate, cream, dark lavender, darkish raspberry, lavender, gentle grey, metallic cyclodelic & black, metallic gold & black, metallic purple & black, metallic pink & black, metallic silver & black, navy blue, neon green, neon orange, New York black, olive, pink, plum, powder blue, red, teal, white, wine.
The photograph above is a pleasant reminder of the colors of the Eighties. And remember Michael Jackson’s bright crimson leather-based jacket? This male 80s vogue second was spoofed in the Drew Barrymore/Adam Sandler retro 80s movie, ‘The Wedding Singer.’ Would any sentient man right now show up so clearly caught in a 30 year old trend warp? Are mullet haircuts on the verge of making a comeback? Uh..NO!
